Residency: ELCA Cloud Services is a Swiss-based company with Swiss-based ownership. Stored data and workloads hosted on ELCA Cloud remain within the Swiss data centers ELCA is using.

Technology: ELCA Cloud is based on open technologies. This prevents the risk of vendor lock-in through the proprietary technologies and platforms developed by individual Cloud service providers.

Contracts: ELCA Cloud Services commits to long term T&Cs, prices and service availability, to meet your specific business requirements. We configure our services so that they fulfill your unique needs.

For resiliency, our platform spans 6 Availability Zones (AZ) in 2 autonomous regions (3 AZ in the Geneva/Lausanne region and 3 AZ in the Zurich region) and is hosted in high-quality data centers (at least Tier 3) in Switzerland. Each location is interconnected via high-speed, low-latency Layer-2 private 10 Gbit/s connections, enabling fast and secure data transfers.
